Which exam should I require to clear for pursuing Masters in Germany - IELTS , German Language Test or GRE????

GRE is not at all required for MS in Germany. It’s required for MS in United States, Canada and Australia.

In order to pursue MS in Germany you have to appear only for English proficiency tests like TOEFL or IELTS.

-If you take IELTS then its better to have above 6.5 bands
-If you appear for TOEFL then its better to have a score above 100

But getting score in IELTS not sufficient you have to learn German Language because it is Compulsory. There will be test at School itself in Germany.
