Well you have scored very less percentile in Engineering and with this percentile, it will be quite tough to get admission in universities of Germany for Masters I will advise you that try to focus on GRE exam, if you crack with high score then you can get admission in top universities. You must secure above 1200 score in GRE exam. But still this score alone is not enough, you must have a good academic record and also professor recommendation
