CS Course is conducted by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), which is constituted under an Act of Parliament. ICSI is the only recognized professional body in India to develop and regulate the profession of Company Secretaries in India. Registration form for Company Secretary Course: Process of Online Registration for Company Secretary Course: Company Secretary Eligibility: 1. Educational Qualification for CS: For Foundation course: Candidates must have10+2 or an equivalent examination. For Intermediate course: Candidates must have passed the Foundation Course and are not less than 17 years of age can apply for the Intermediate course. Candidates who are Graduates, post-graduates (excluding fine arts) and those who have passed final exam of ICWAI or ICAI or of any other accountancy Institution in India or abroad recognized by the Council of the Institute can directly enroll to the intermediate course without doing foundation course.
