Company Secretary Course in divided in 3 stages:

(a) Preliminary
(b) Intermediate
(c) Final

Here I am giving list of subjects in CS course:

Group I

• General and Commercial Laws (IGCL)

• Company Accounts and Cost & Management Accounting (ICA& CMA)

• Tax Laws (ITL)

• Management Information Systems and Corporate Communication

Group II

• Company Law (ICL)

• Company Secretarial Practice (ICSP)

• Economic, Labour and Industrial Laws (IELIL)

• Securities Laws and Regulation of Financial Markets (ISLRFM)

Final Course

Group I

• Advanced Company Law and Practice (FACLP)

• Secretarial Practice relating to Economic Laws and Drafting and Convincing (FSPELDC)

• Secretarial Management and Systems Audit (FSMSA)

Group II

• Financial, Treasury and Forex Management (FFTFM)

• Corporate Restructuring-Law and Practice (FCRLP)

• Banking and Insurance-Law and Practice (FBILP)

Group III

• WTO-International Trade, Joint Ventures and Foreign Collaborations (FWTO)

• Direct and Indirect Taxation-Law and Practice (FDITLP)

• Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations (FHRMIR)

For a candidate to be eligible for this exam, he should have cleared 10+2 exams.

Provisional registration is also allowed for students of 10+2 awaiting their results.

Students who have cleared CA-CPT or have cleared CMA Foundation Exams or students who have a Master’s degree in any discipline other than Fine Arts are exempt from appearing CS Foundation Exams.
