Can you please tell me about the Process for girls to join Indian Army??? As you are girl and want to join Indian Army so you can join through OTA (Officers' Training Academy) by write CDS exam CDS is the Combined Defence Services Examination conducted by the Union Public Service Commission It is held twice a year for recruitment into the Indian Military Academy, Officers Training Academy, Indian Naval Academy and Indian Air Force Academy Eligibility for OTA: Candidate must be citizen of India Must have Graduation Degree from a recognized university or equivalent Only unmarried graduates are eligible Age limit: 19-29 years Exam Pattern: All the papers are of objective type. There are various examinations which are conducted after graduation in which girls can try to join Indian Army. Some of the examinations which you can go through after completing the graduation course in Indian Army are:- Short Service Commission Non Technical Women:- -It is conducted under the Combined Defense Service examination. Eligibility criteria for this examination are:- -Your age should be between the age group of 19-25 years -You should have completed your graduation course from a recognized University. Short Service Commission Technical Women:- -Your age should be between the age group of 19-25 years - You should have completed his Engineering course from a recognized University. NCC (SPL) Entry Women:- - Your age should be between the age group of 19-25 years - You should have completed his graduation in LLB/ LLM with minimum 50% Aggregate marks with 2 Years service in NCC Senior Divisional Army with minimum 'B' Grade in 'C' Certificate Exam. Flying (Pilot) Short Service Commission (For Men & Women):- - Your age should be between the age group of 19 to 23 years. - You should have completed your Graduation (Three Year Course) in any discipline from a recognised university with minimum 60% marks in aggregate in all papers put together and have Physics and Mathematics University Entry Scheme (UES):- -You must have completed your Aeronautical Engineering (Electronics) or Aeronautical Engineering (Mechanical) stream. -Your age must be between the age group between 18 to 28 years.
