You are asking for the Age limit for 3 year LL.B. course. The Supreme Court has ordered notice on a petition from law degree holders who studied LLB in other states or joined the course after they crossed 30 years of age. The Bar Council has been issuing show-cause notices to LLB holders who either joined the course after they turned 30 or enrolled in Tamil Nadu after completing law courses in other states. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: The applicant should be complete graduation in any stream from recognized university. The applicant should be score min 55% of marks in graduation. The percentage relaxation applicable for the sc/st candidates The admission for LLB course on the basis on merit list CLAT stands for common Law Admission Test. The Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) is the common entrance examination for the National Law Universities of India. Eligibility for the CLAT The applicant must have passed the 10+2 Examination or equivalent with not less than 45% marks for General and 40% marks for SC/ST and Persons with Disability Age Not more than 20 years in case of General Candidates and 22 years in case of SC/ST and persons with disability as on 1st July of the year of examination Presently following law schools participate in CLAT.
