For direct admission in second year to four year degree course in mechanical Engineering at Hi tech institute of Technology the candidate should have done Post-SSC or Post-HSC Diploma Course in Engineering/Technology with at least 50 % marks (45% marks for BC categories belonging only to Maharashtra State) in appropriate branch of Engineering / Technology or he/she should have done B.Sc. Degree from a UGC / Association of Indian Universities recognized University with at least 50% marks (45% marks for Backward class categories) and passed XII standard examination with Mathematics and English as the subject at B.Sc. level. The candidate should be a citizen of India. The admission will be according to the norms and regulations which are based on A.I.C.T.E. and D.T.E.
