NCRA National Centre for Radio Astrophysics managed by Tata Institute of Fundamental Research… here I am giving you information about the paper pattern for the INAT entrance examination below.. INAT Paper pattern : INAT exam question paper will have a 3 part as follow : physics, advanced physics Electronics, Each Part Having 15 MCQ questions. INAT - IUCAA NCRA Admission Test is taken to select students for a research scholarship towards a Doctor of Philosophy at either IUCAA or NCRA-TIFR. Eligibility Applicants must have complete their M.Sc or B.E./B.Tech/ M.Tech/ M.E. degrees with more than 55% marks Final-year B.Sc., 1st year M.Sc and 2nd/3rd year B.E./B.Tech candidates can apply to be PRE-SELECTED for a research scholarship towards a Ph.D . INAT Exam Pattern INAT consists of written exam followed by interview as given below: The written examination duration will be of two hours. INAT question paper will be divided into two parts. First part contains 20 objective-type questions on basic Physics , Mathematics, and Electronics. Second part contains another 20 objective-type questions from Mathematics , Advanced Physics, and Electronics/Engineering. +3 (plus three) marks for every correct answer For a wrong answer, there will be -1 (minus one) mark. The final selection is based on the scores in the written test and interviews.
