History/social science 2 courses b. English(composition/literature in the language of instruction) 4 courses c. Mathematics(including elementary algebra, geometry and intermediate algebra) 3 courses d. Laboratory science(from two disciplines) 2 courses e. Language other than English(foreign language) 2 courses f. Visual and performing arts 1 course g. College-preparatory elective 1 course Freshman applicants must submit the following test scores: ACT Plus Writing, or SAT Reasoning Test SAT Subject Tests are not required for admission. You must have earned a minimum GPA of 3.0 (3.4 for nonresidents) in all "a-g" courses completed in grades 10 and 11, with no grade lower than a C. Basic transfer UC Admissions Requirements -60 semester or 90 quarter UC transferable units with a minimum 2.4 GPA; -Transfer applicant should have a UC transferable GPA of 3.0 or above. -All 60 semesters or 90 quarter UC transferable units must be completed by spring 2014. - Complete the following seven transferable college courses (with a grade of a C or better in each course): • Two UC transferable courses in English composition • Four UC transferable courses chosen from at least two of the following areas: the arts and humanities, the social and behavioral sciences, or the physical and biological sciences • One UC transferable course in mathematical concepts and quantitative reasoning -If you are a non-California resident, you must have a minimum 2.8 GPA Address: University of California Irvine Irvine, CA, United States +1 949-824-5011 Map: |
