CSU Admission Transfer

I am a transfer student and I want to take admission in Colorado State University. Can you please provide me the admission requirements, deadlines and documents required for admission?

Completed Application
$50 Non refundable application fees
English Language Proficiency (TOEFL/IELTS)
Personal Statement (Essay)
An official transcript from EACH college/university attended
Evidence of Mathematics
Letters of Recommendation
Official SAT/ACT Scores

Admission Requirements:
Admission preference is given to the candidates who have completed 30 credits at college-level, academic courses.
A cumulative GPA of 2.5 or better (on a 4.0 scale) is required.
Admission preference is given to applicants with more A and B grades than C grades and no D/F grades in the two most recent semesters

Deadlines
The Priority Application Deadline for fall semester is March 1.
The Final Application Deadline for fall semester is June 1.
