Yes, the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) publish notification for Combined Defence Services II, here are details:

Combined Defence Services Examination II:
Total Number of Vacancies: 509
Names of Courses:
1. Indian Military Academy: 250 posts
2. Indian Naval Academy: 40 posts
3. Air Force Academy: 32 posts
4. Officers Training Academy (Men): 175 posts
5. Officers Training Academy (Women): 12 posts

Qualification:
The Candidates must have Degree from recognized University for IMA, Officers’ training, for Indian Naval candidates must possess Degree in Engineering & Degree of a recognized university (with Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level) or Bachelor of Engg for Air Force Academy.

Application Fee:
The General and OBC candidates need to pay Rs. 200/- towards application fee and SC/ ST/ Female candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.

Selection Process:
The eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in Written Test and Interview/ Personality Test.
