For loan upto 1 crore:

The interst rate is 2.90% above base rate, currently 12.60% p.a.

For loan above 1 crore the interest rate is 3.15% above base rate, currently 12.85% p.a

For Loans upto Rs 7.50 Cr in Metro Center and Rs 5.00 Cr in Non- Metro Center the interest rate is 3.25% above Base Rate, currently 12.95% p.a.
