PGPX is a full time residential Programme for executives with substantial work experience leading to a One Year Post-Graduate Diploma in Management for Executives offered by IIM A (Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad).

More than 125 firms participated in the placement process in 2014, as against more than 130 firms in 2013, including the lateral process. Accenture Strategy emerged as the top recruiter by extending 18 offers to students. The sector saw others like A T Kearney, Bain & Company and McKinsey & Company extending seven offers each, while niche consulting player EXL offered eight roles.

The Programme has a universal management focus, with weight on managing across borders and cultures. It has an International Immersion Programme besides teaching content drawn from many countries.

The Programme is open to executives of all nationalities.

Executives who have a bachelor degree or equivalent in any discipline and have completed 27 years of age at the start of the Programme are eligible to apply.

Students are selected through accurate admissions process that includes GMAT, leadership profiling and personal interview.

At the end of the Programme, placement services are provided to non-sponsored students only.

Currently PGPX fee is Rs. 21.5 lakh.

For PGPX 2015 batch the fee is expected to rise but will not be more than Rs. 25 lakh.
