Am I get placements in CTS after scoring 60% with 2 backlogs in 3rd year?

No you are not eligible to get placement in CTS after scoring 60% with 2 backlogs in 3rd year.. Reputed companies are not given placement for backlogs candidates.. but you can get better job in other companies because you have good marks in B tech degree … you have to try to finish that backlog by the time you complete your Engineering course.

Eligibility Criteria for CTS are as follows...
60 % aggregate and above in 10th, 12th and UG course.
No outstanding arrears.
Maximum study gap of 3 years.
Good communication and Technical Skills.

No you are not eligible for the placement of various companies because major MNC companies won’t allow the candidates who have backlogs as fresher.

Eligibility

Candidates with a minimum of 65% aggregate marks in engineering degree.

You should have 60 % marks in matriculation and higher secondary.

Candidates having backlogs are not eligible to apply.

Candidates having 2 years gap between their intermediate studies and engineering admission are not eligible.

Candidates who have completed their studies in regular/ full time programme are only eligible.

Candidates should complete minimum 18 years of age while applying.

No you are not eligible for sitting in the campus placement organized by the various companies as you have backlogs in your degree. However some BPOs and KPOs can allow you to sit in their drive.
