sir, i am a 2014 passed out, because of name corrections in PC i didnt apply for OD in IN-CONVOCATION notification. now i got my PC but i didnt know how to apply for OD. please please please suggest me and tell me way to apply for my OD.

Passed in 2012 till date have not received convocation certificate.

Hi,
Its very late from me, as I never needed the Degree, until now.
I have my name all wrong and misspelled. Its my 1999 convocation.
Now how can I get it fixed, changed the name or what my situation with this error.
Can I get a renamed convocation certificate, or
I have to have my Change of Name from the gazette, and have it with my Degree Cert always.

I need information if Mumbai University does change procedures for name change.
