Goa university Convocation

In which month Annual Convocation of the Goa University will be held in 2012? When Goa University going to publish notification for Annual Convocation? From where can students get application form for it?

You want to know Goa University Convocation date of 2012 so annual convocation of 2012 will held in month of October/November. Goa University will publish convocation notification in month of August. Application form for convocation will start to publish in month of September and student can download application form from official website of Goa University.

I am asking you this because even i am waiting for the notification to come like the topic starter.

The month August is about to end and Goa University has not yet displayed any notice regarding the convocation on its website.

Is there anyone who had applied for the convocation last year? can you please tell me the month when the form was available on the Goa University website

As per your requirement here I am uploading a pdf file having the Goa university Convocation form, this attachment also contains the rules and regulations for filling the form, this is the content of the attachment:

The Candidate may make cash payment of prescribed fees through bank challan at State Bank of
India, Goa University Branch.
Incase of payment made by Indian Postal Order / Bank Demand Draft , the same should be drawn
in favour of The Registrar, Goa University. The Bank Demand Draft should be payable at State
Bank of India, Goa University Branch, Taleigao Plateau, Goa 403 206.

3. The Degree / Diploma Certificate will be issued as per the name indicated in the marksheet of the
qualifying examination passed by the Candidate. Therefore the candidate is advised to enter his/
her name as stated in his/her marksheet. (Item No. 2 on the Convocation form)

4. In respect of MBBS, BDS, BAMS and BHMS degrees, the candidate who has completed his/her
internship training is eligible to apply for the Convocation Degree. The candidate should furnish
the proof of completion of his/her respective internship training.

5. Candidate whose result is awaited consequent of the revaluation result should apply only after the
declaration of the revaluation result.

Goa University conducts 26th convocation on 7th January 2014 for the applicants those passed the Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s degree both professional and non-professional, M.Phil & Ph.D. programmes from the Goa University.

Convocation Application fee:
1. Non Professional Degrees:
Rs- 600
2. Professional Degrees & Ph.D.:
Rs- 900
3. Postal Charges in respect of aspirants staying Outside the Country and desirous of obtaining the
Degree by Post: Rs- 350
4. Postal Charges in absentia (within India):
Rs- 100
5. Postal Charges in absentia (abroad):
Rs- 350
6. Search fee for Convocation degree (per year): (a) up-to 5 yrs - Nil (b) Above 5 yrs: Rs- 100.
