AICTE Qualification for Professor

I want to apply for the AICTE approved college professor and I have no information about its requirement so please can you give me the Qualification eligibility for the post of professor in the AICTE approved college?

Minimum Qualification and experience as per AICTE norms Engineering and Technology Programmes

1. Assistant Professor First Class Bachelors or Masters Degree in the appropriate branch of Engineering / Technology. Candidates with Masters Degree and 1 - 2 years of teaching experience will be preferred.

2. Professor Ph. D. degree with first class at Bachelors or Masters level in the appropriate branch of Engineering / Technology with 10 years experience in Teaching / Industry / Research out of which 5 years must be at the level of Associate Professor and or equivalent.

Basic Sciences and Humanities
3. Assistant Professor Good academic record with at least 55% of the marks or an equivalent grade of B in the 7 point scale with letter grades O, A, B, C, D, E & F at the Master’s degree level, in the relevant subject from an Indian University, or, an equivalent degree from a foreign University.
