Default Study or migration in Australia

What are the rules and regulation regarding study or migration in Australia, I want to go to Australia either on work permission or on the basis of study eligibility? I have done PG and have an experience of 3+ years in hospitality industry so what is my probability of going there?

If you are going to Australia for Study or for migration, which are two different things. You must think about them. Genuine students are expected to return home at the end of their studies. Students who stay on in Australia and try to become permanent residents will find this increasingly difficult.

If you are primarily interested in migration, you should lodge a migration application.

Students enrolling for a course where the overall study duration is 10 months or less will have a mandatory visa condition "No Further Stay" and you will have to return to India to extend your visa (if required).
The "No Further Stay" condition can be waived if the intention of the student to articulate into another course is made known to the visa officer at the time of application and supported by a copy of the conditional letter of offer for the second course. In such cases, extension of visa can be done in Australia after completion of the first course, though financial assessment for the combined program is done during the initial PVA application stage in India.

However, of late, there has been a change in the conditions relating to the requirements on the financial status of students before granting visas. Earlier, the prospective students just needed to show they could pay a year's tuition fees. And the guarantee did not have to be liquid assets; other guarantees like property records were acceptable. But now, the authorities want to see the entire tuition in liquid assets along with living expenses, which comes to around Rs. 18-20 lakh or more.
The primary conditions for prospective student are:

You should be accepted for a full-time course of study (registered by the Australian Government for overseas students);
You should not intend to become a permanent resident;
You have adequate financial means for the duration of their studies;
You have evidence of arrangements for health insurance in Australia;
You have reasonable proficiency in English to successfully undertake the intended course and pass a medical assessment in India.
Since have done PG and have an experience of 3+ years in hospitality industry, you sems to be primarily interested in migration, you should lodge a migration application. However, if want to go for doing research in Hospitality industry of Australia then you may apply for student visa.

If you want to go for further study then can choose Australia's student visa program. This is for overseas students who desire to carry out full-time study in Australia. Students Work rights help them to supplement their income which is limited to 20 hours per week. Refer this for more details regarding different categories of visas

yess i want to study universities for master and PhD course and I got few acceptance and some rejection. Few acceptance included PhD in IIT Chicago. In none of them I needed to show my class 12 certificate as they needed transcripts beyond schooling.
