I want to take admission in Oxford University. Please let me know that what is the procedure to apply for the entrance exam which is conducted by the university to select the candidates for the admission. Please tell me about the pattern of this entrance test.

A-level:
Conditional offers are made on the basis of final grades alone and not UMS scores. These offers for students studying A-levels will range between A*A*A and AAA depending on subject.

14-19 Diplomas:
The Advanced Diploma in Engineering (Level 3) will be suitable for entry for Engineering Science courses at Oxford.

Pre-U:
Oxford University will accept the Pre-U Diploma as a valid qualification for admissions purposes.

YASS:
Oxford University welcomes YASS (Young Applicants in Schools Scheme) modules as extra qualifications that applicants may study to develop their knowledge of a particular subject, or to try something new.

Do you know anything about Alan woods washington mine. i cant find anything out about it on here its the sister mine to scrub oaks. I have been to the sight of it and there is a lot of intersting buildings still standing do you have photos of it in the 1950s / 1960s i heard that it closed in 1964 It is on the washington side of oxford only two miles north of washington does the name have something to do with how close it is to washington i have also heard it had the most advanced technology of any mine during the 50s and 60s it also was as deep as 2200 feet and there were miles of tunnels and many levels.
