my air is 25485 in aieee can i get govt colleges in uttarakhand and i am a domicile of uttar pradesh

My Aieee all india rank is 135160 & Uttarakhand rank is 1796. Can I get an admission in Govt. college in Uttarakhand?

and category rank is 690(obc)

sir,
i want to take admission in uttarakhan tecnical university's colleges through AIEEE rank and i have domicile of utttarakhand state but i have passed 10+2 from U.P so i want to ask that Am i eligible for uttarakhand counselling with uttarakhand state quota?

aieee uttarakhand state councelling will be started on 11th july to 18th july...i.e, first round...
and the second round is from 27 to 30 july...goodluck frnzzzzzzzzzzzz
