sir my state rank is 7390 and category(gen) is 5698....bt i have naot clear the cut off of aieee........can u plz tell me can i participate in uttrakhand state councilling????nd if yes what type of college can i get............plz sir reply me as soon as possible.......

sir, please to inform you that i have scored 100229 aieee general and 25000 in obc and statewise category 1400 in general and 139 in obc. The main doubt is that as per aieee while filling application form i had to filled eligibity state where i studied as Uttarakhand but being obc hailing from kerala, can there be any despute for admission in state of uttarakhand i.e. pantnagar university.Is my obc category is applicable to me or not.pl.clarify.
