Here I am giving the detail of Technical Festival in IIT Roorkee 2013.

The event name is Cognizance 2013, organized by: IIT Roorkee.
Festival Dates were 22nd to 24th March 2013.
It is the Annual Technical Festival of IIT Roorkee provides new ideas and opportunity to students to increase base knowledge of students.
It is India’s second largest technical festival certified by ISO 9001:2008.
It is also the largest festival in North India.
