As you want here I am telling Bihar Scholarship Programs opens a vast gamut of educational opportunities for the students who are permanent residents of the state.

Eligibility for Chief Minister (CM) Medhavi Yojana for EBC/BC Students, Bihar Scholarship Programme
The students who have passed their class 10 examination organised by Bihar School Examination Board with first class (over 60% marks) can apply for this scholarship.
The annual income of the family for BC students should be less than INR 1.50 Lakh.

Application Process
Apply offline through the Education Department of the state.

1,55,000
One-time financial assistance of INR 10,000 to each scholar
