Fee structure and last date of submission of application form for IPRs and Cyber Law course is different at different colleges and you have not mentioned name of the college/ institute from where you want to do this program. So first of all provide me name of the institute then I will provide you the information what you want.

Indian Law Institute (ILI), New Delhi was established in 1956 and is an autonomous body registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860

Eligibility for LLM:

LL.M. - 1 year course
-You should have passed LL.B. Degree (with not less than 50% marks) from any University /Institution recognized by Bar Council of India as eligible for enrolment as an advocate in India.
or
-A Law Degree from a foreign country with minimum 50% marks in aggregate or equivalent grade.

LL.M. - 2 year course
- You must have passed LL.B. Degree (with not less than 50% marks) from any University /Institution recognized by Bar Council of India as eligible for enrolment as an advocate in India
