working in a MNC where dual employment is not allowed

Hi, I am working in a MNC where dual employment is not allowed so how can I join this prestigious job. I have seen the recruitment form where a column is given in which it is said that if someone is allready working then , he needs to get approval from his employer, so should I show myself as self Employed or is there any criteria to go with experiance?
