Yes, you can do it through lateral entry programme. The only thing you need to look for is some good university to take admission into. Some better options to consider for are: Thapar University, Jamia Millia Islamia, Lovely Professional University, Nirma University, VIT....etc. as they provide good infrastructure and also provide good placement opportunities.
