Work with clients/ other Citco offices and Operations Support to resolve any open issues;

Support the conversion of any new clients or existing migrations;

Preparing daily trades, position and cash reconciliation;

Production of daily operational deliverables in line with Service Level Agreements;

Monitor and analyze daily portfolio pricing;

Support client relationships by verifying and reporting their daily trading activity;

Resolving discrepancies for open items between Citco and brokers/clients;

Work with Business Analysts on daily basis on any open issues per client;

Assist in verifying test results for all in-house system enhancements.



Education, Qualifications and Experience

Post-secondary education (accounting, finance, investments or economics preferred but not essential)

Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Excellent communication skills.

Knowledge of or the ability to be trained on financial instruments such as Common Stock, Stock Options, Currency Forwards, Swaps, Bank Debt and other instruments

Knowledge of Hedge Funds and/or Mutual Funds

1+ years of experience in Financial Services or Operations Processing an asset
