I have completed my B.Tech in Mechanical in 2011 and want to apply for IAF Aeronautical Engineering Officers Exam in 2012 so please provide me date of this entrance exam also tell me how can I get application form for this exam?

IAF is not released Aeronautical Engineering Officers Exam date whenever exam date will declare we will inform you. You can download application form from official website of IAF.

In Indian Air-force aeronautical engineering is divided into two branches – mechanical and electrical. Indian Air Force conducts IAF Aeronautical Engineering Officers Exam IAF Aeronautical Engineering Officers Exam Eligibility -Your age should be in between 18 to 28 years - Your Marital Status should be Single - You must be of Indian Citizenship -This is applicable to both men and women. Minimum Educational Qualification for Electronics Branch: - First or high second class or equivalent grade (at least 55 per cent marks in aggregate of all semesters) from recognised Indian/Foreign University or Institution in any of the following discipline: Engineering Degree in Electrical/Electronics/ Telecommunication/ Communication/lnstrumentation/Computer Science and Engineering or a combination of these subjects. OR B. Tech in Radio Physics and Electronics of Calcutta University. OR M.Sc. Physics with Electronics of Bombay University. OR M.Sc. (Electronics) of Delhi, Bangalore, Lucknow, Gujarat or Calcutta University. OR B.Sc. (Physics, Maths, Chemistry) and AMIE or equivalent degree in Electronics/Electrical/ Avionics/Teleconununication/Radio and Radio Engineering/ AMAESI with Avionics/Conununication with 2 years experience. Minimum Educational Qualification For Mechanical Branch: First or high second class or equivalent grade (at least 55 per cent marks in aggregate of all semesters) in anyone of the following from recognised Indian/Foreign University or Institution: -Engineering Degree in Aeronautical/Mechanical/Production/Industrial Production. OR B.Sc. (Physics, Maths, Chemistry) and AMIE/Equivalent Or Associate Membership Examination Parts II and III of the Aeronautical Society of India with Group I (Design and Production) Or Group II (Maintenance Repair and Overhaul) subjects by actual studies along with 2 years experience. Reservation of Seats: IO per cent vacancies are reserved for Ex-NCC candidates having 'C' certificate of Sr Division (Air Wing).
