JIPMER MBBS Entrance Exam is conducted by Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education & Research (JIPMER) for admission to MBBS course

Eligibility:
-You must have completed age of 17 years at the time of admission or will complete the age on or before 31 December in the year of admission
- You should have passed Senior Secondary Examination or the Indian School Certificate Examination in 10+ 2 pattern
- You must have study Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology/Biotechnology and English during Higher School Certificate (HSC/10+2)

Exam Pattern:
-JIPMER MBBS entrance exam will be conducted in English medium
-The question of JIPMER MBBS Entrance Examination 2014 will be based on the syllabus of HSC/10+2
-The Question Paper Booklet given to the candidate will consist of 200 questions

JIPMER is an entrance exam which is organized by Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education & Research for the admission into MBBS course .

Eligibility Criteria:
Aspirants must have completed age of 17 years at the time of admission .
Applicants must have passed Senior Secondary Examination or the Indian School Certificate Examination in 10+ 2 pattern
Applicants must have study Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English during Higher School Certificate (HSC/10+2)

Exam Pattern:
The entrance exam will be conducted in English medium
The syllabus will be based on HSC/10+2.
There will be total 200 questions objective in nature.

Selection Procedure:
The selection will be based on the written test .
The minimum percentage of marks required to qualify the entrance exam is 50% for unreserved category and 45% for unreserved category .
The minimum percentage of marks required to qualify the entrance exam is 40% for SC/ST/OBC.
