CHSE Scholarship

I want to know the eligibility to apply for scholarship in Council of Higher Secondary Education, Orissa so can you tell me?

Council of Higher Secondary Education, Orissa offer Scholarship for the students those are brilliant but poor and studying from Class 11th to Post-Graduation level.

Students those have passed their Class 10th 2017 Exam by CHSE Orissa with minimum 60% or more marks and have taken admission in Class 11th are eligible to apply for CHSE Orissa Scholarship.

CHSE Orissa Scholarship Objectives:

CHSE Orissa offers these scholarships to provide the economic support to all the meritorious candidates those belong to "Low Income" families to meet a part of their daily incidental charges during pursuing higher studies.

CHSE Orissa Scholarship Eligibility:

Candidates must score minimum 60% marks in their qualifying exams in any stream from CHSE Board.

Students must be a permanent resident of Orissa.

Student's parent's annual income should not exceed Rs-2.5 lakhs from all sources.

There is no income ceiling of parents for award of this scholarship.

Candidates should not engage in any other scholarship scheme.

Scholarship-

Students should not avail any other scholarship.

Scholarship will be paid for 10 month duration.

Rate of scholarship is Rs 1000/- per month at Graduation level for first three years and Rs 2000 per month at 4th & 5th years of PG level as well as professional courses.

The annual renewal of the scholarship will depend on the scholar's securing minimum 60% of marks or equivalent GPA & attendance of at least 75% in previous year
