RGPV offer direct admission to second year of B.Tech to the diploma holders in the relevant stream of Engineering. There is no entrance exam for admission.

BE Lateral Entry:

Eligibility;
The candidate must have passed the Diploma in Engineering in the relevant branch recognized by AICTE with a minimum of 50 percent in the aggregate.

Selection procedure:
The admission shall be made in the order of merit on the basis of the
ranks assigned in Common Entrance Test (CET) for admission in Engineering, Technology and Pharmacy conducted by an agency duly authorized by the State Government.
