Board of Higher Secondary Education Delhi is an autonomous body, which is established for development of education under the guidelines of national education policy 1986 Govt. of India and programme of action 1992 Govt. of India.

Recognition

Board of Higher Secondary Education Delhi is an autonomous organization under Government of India, Ministry of Education Department (now Ministry of Education & Social Welfare)) Gazzette notification Govt. of India Nov. 1929.

It is recognized by Education Department Govt. of India Resolution NO.F.115-R .28, dated 1 July 1929. It is an autonomous organization recognized under U.P. Intermediate Education Act. 1921 and U.P. State Gazzette Notification dated 8 July 1995.
