My father has account in Union Bank of India. He wants to activate Usecure Service on his account. He wants to see all terms and conditions of Usecure Service. So please provide terms and conditions for this service of Union Bank of India?

Union Bank of India Usecure Service Terms and Conditions:
The word, "Bank" refers to Union Bank of India, a banking company incorporated under Banking Companies (Acquisition & Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970 and having its head office at "Union Bank Bhavan, 239, Vidhan Bhavan Marg, Nariman Point, Mumbai 400 021."

The words "we","us","our" and "ours" refer to Visa and the Bank as the case may be and "you","your" or "yours" refer to you, Cardholder or our customer using the service.

The word "Card(s)" shall mean Debit Card or Credit Card as the case may be as issued by the Bank that are associated with your Password and Security Question/Answer for the Service.

"member" means any person holding a valid Debit Card or Credit Card issued by Union Bank of India and who desires to make Debit Card or Credit Card payments to the Merchant over the Internet.

"Merchant" means any person who owns or manages or operates the Merchant Establishment through a physical establishment and/or a website.

"Password" means the passwords, digital signatures or other means of authentication as Union Bank of India may specify, from time to time using which the Debit Cardholder or Credit Cardholder may make Credit Card payments through the Internet.

"Service" means the USecure Service or Verified by Visa Service hereafter referred as "VBV" or "USecure" Service being offered by Union Bank of India enabling Debit Cardholder or Credit Cardholder to make Debit Card or Credit Card payments respectively through the Internet.

PRODUCT DEFINITION
"USecure" or "VBV" is a unique online secure payment solution relating to only present selected VISA "Cards" provided by the Bank.

The key features of "USecure" or "VBV" are as follows:
The "USecure" or "VBV" service can be used at any merchant website that accepts Visa Cards.

The exposure is limited only to the extent of the card limit of the "USecure" or "VBV" and subject to a limited defined validity.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Union Bank of India provides "USecure" or "VBV" service, subject to the Terms and Conditions for Issue of Cards governing the card transactions as well as Terms and Conditions applicable to the Account.

Use of the service constitutes your acceptance of the terms, guidelines or rules applicable and your agreement to abide by it.

The member shall register for the Service by giving his/her card number and card name as visible on Debit or Credit Card of Union Bank of India.

On creation of "USecure" or "VBV" account password, and/or use of "USecure" or "VBV" service, it will represent your acceptance of this TOC; and the continued use of "USecure" or "VBV" service after revisions to this TOC shall constitute your agreement to such revised terms and any applicable posted guidelines or rules.

The Bank shall not be responsible for interception/misuse of "USecure" or "VBV" Password. Therefore creation and usage of the USecure/VBV password will be tantamount to creation and usage of the "USecure" or "VBV" password by you.

"USecure" or "VBV" functionality exists only for selected BIN 421368 of Visa Debit Card issued by Union Bank of India and BIN 439155, 462963 and 439154 of Visa Credit Card issued by Union Bank of India of Visa Gold, Silver and Classic Credit Card.
