Hi I would like to have information about C-DAC's Computerized Common Admission Test (C-CAT) tests as well as the paper pattern and the syllabus? Admissions to all PG Diploma courses of C-DAC are done through C-DAC's Computerized Common Admission Test (C-CAT). Consistently, C-CAT is typically led in June (for August affirmations) and December (for February confirmations). Competitors who clear the Dec 2016 C-CAT might be considered for admission to C-DAC's PG Diploma courses of Feb 2017 bunch on the premise of their C-CAT positions and focus/course inclinations. C-CAT Paper Pattern /Syllabus:- C-CAT has 3 sections (Section A, Section B, Section C) of one hour duration each. Depending on the category of courses selected by the candidate, aspirant should have to either appear for just one test paper (Section A) or two test papers (Section A and Section B) or all the three test papers (Section A, Section B and Section C). The medium of C-CAT is English. C-CAT Exam will be conducted manually (Pen and paper based) at various cities all across India. C-CAT will be conducted in the form of three test papers labelled as SECTION - A (English, Logical Reasoning and Quantitative Aptitude), SECTION - B (C Programming, Data Structures, Data Communications and Network, OOPs and Operating Systems) and SECTION - C (Computer Architecture, Digital Electronics and Microprocessors), each of one hour duration, having 50 questions of 3 marks each (maximum 150 marks).
