Hi I would like to have the information about the validity of CGPA Conversion to Percentage as well as details of how CGPA is calculate and the guidelines issued by AICTE for conversion of CGPA to percentage?

CGPA to percentage conversion is definitely valid according to AICTE rules. There are numerous associations who request rate as opposed to CGPA. So you have to change over your CGPA to rate all things considered. For instance, in the event that you need to get affirmation in IIM than you require rate as opposed to CGPA. Every school has been entitled a change figure through which the CGPA can be changed over to evening out rate. You have to contact your school expert and can get the evidence of such change component and utilize it to change over your CGPA to rate.

For understanding this you have to recall the meaning of few terms like C.G.P.A ,G.P.A and so on. The typical strategy for transformation is given in the University Website itself.So you better search for it.Don't utilize whatever other formula.You need to entirely take after the change recipe endorsed by your own particular university.This change equation may vary from one college to other.

Attempt to comprehend this example.Before understanding the transformation procedure ,you have to know how C.G.P.A is created or figured.

C.G.P.A remains for Cumulative Grade Point Average. For each semester you get a Grade point normal (G.P.A). GPA of the considerable number of semesters is later on collected to total the C.G.P.A.

give us a chance to state you have 7 reviews in your college beginning from O=10, E=9, A=8, B=7,C=6,D=5,F=2.Assume that there are 3 subject named Apple ,banana,coconut in you 1 semester.You have secured "E" in Apple which is 3 credit course,You scored "An" in Banana which is a 3 credit course and correspondingly you scored ""O"" in Coconut which is a credit 2 subject.

Presently Your GPA will be = (summation of credit x score)/(credit)

GPA = [(3x9)+(3x8)+(2x10)]/(3+3+2)

GPA for this semester = 71/8 = 8.875 .

Assume in your second semester , you scored 9 GPA for an aggregate of 7 credits

at that point, your C.G.P.A = [(8.875x8) +(9x7)]/(8+7)

=> C.G.P.A = 8.9333

So far you figured out how C.G.P.A is being generated.Now I will reveal to you how to change over C.G.P.A to Percentage.As I have said before, the equation is predefined by your university.You simply need to include your C.G.P.A checks and change over it. You don't need to make your own recipe.

For instance For an understudies under the 4-point credit framework, the technique is (C.G.P.A X 18) + 20 = Equivalent rate

Which implies If your C.G.P.A is 3.00, then the comparable rate would be = (3.00 X 18)+20 = 74%
