I want to know the fees of Birth Certificates form in Hisar Municipal Corporation so will you tell me?

In India, it is mandatory under the law to register every Live Birth/ Still Birth within 21 days of its occurrence.

The Birth and Death Certificates in Urban Area Haryana are issued by the Municipal Corporation within 3 working days from the date of receipt of application from the applicant provided the birth /death has already been registered.

Single copy of Birth & Death Certificate is given free of cost to the informant immediately after the registration procedure is completed.

First copy of the Birth & Death certificate are also issued @ Rs.12/- per copy and additional copies of the Birth & Death certificate are also issued @ Rs.10/- per copy

The certificates are issued from the Secretary/Registrar Birth & Death respective area of the local bodies.

Fee To be Deposited While Applying For Birth/Death Certificate:

Generation of The Certificate -
Rs. 25/- + Rs. 20/- NIC Service Charge

Birth/Death Register Searching Fee -
Rs 10/-

Child Name Add Fee Above One Year -
Rs 25/-

Therefore, the applicant must submit Rs. 25/- for the generation of first copy and for every additional copy(s), Rs.25/- extra will be charged as Certificate copy generation fee.

Fill the Birth/Death Certificate Request Form and can submit the same at the Citizen Service Centre (CSC) in the office of Municipal Corporation, Hisar on any working day.
