Hii sir, I Wants to Apply for the TNEA Entrance Exam Will you please tell Me How I get the Application Number of the TNEA Entrance Exam ?

Tamilnadu Engineering Admission (TNEA) conducted by the Anna University for First year B.E/B.Tech admission in the state.

Education Qualification

A pass in the HSC (Academic) or its equivalent with a minimum average percentage in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry put together as given below

Community - Minimum average marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry
1. General Category - 50.00 %
2. Backward Class including Backward Class Muslim - 45.00 %
3. MBC & DNC - 40.00 %
4. SC/SCA/ST - 40.00 % / 35.00%

For Applying :

Candidates have to submit the online application either in person or by post along with photocopies of Mark Sheet(s), Proof of Age and copies of all other relevant certificates to the Secretary, TNEA, Anna University, Chennai – 600 025 within 10 days from the publication of HSC results.

The candidates can pay the registration fee either through online payment mode or by a demand draft.

Demand Drafts should be drawn in favour of “The Secretary (TNEA), Anna University” payable at Chennai.

Your Application number will be generated.This application number should be quoted in all your future correspondences. THE FILLED IN APPLICATION FORM SHOULD BE PRINTED AND SEND TO THE 'SECRETARY, TNEA, ANNA UNIVERSITY, CHENNAI WITH ALL ENCLOSURES.
