The mission in the FOL or Faculty of Law National University of Lesotho is to produce lawyers with a wide knowledge of law as a subject and to release competitively fit professionals into national, regional and international markets. Law Academic Programmes Undergraduate Degree Programmes LLB - 5 year program Requirements: COSC or its equivalent in the 1st or 2nd class Four credits including English Language. A minimum aggregate of 34 for the best six subjects passed. Any other qualification that may be approved by Senate of NUL on the advice of the Faculty of Law LLB - 2 year program Requirements: A Bachelor of Arts (Law) degree of NUL or any equivalent degree approved by Senate of NUL on the advice of the Faculty of Law. LLB - 3 year program Requirements: Any Bachelor's degree of NUL or equivalent from any institution recognized by NUL Senate on the advice of the Faculty of Law Postgraduate Degree Programmes Postgraduate Diploma in Labour Law (Conciliation and Arbitration) – 1 Year Requirements: Any Bachelor’s degree recognized by NUL Senate on the advice of the Faculty of Law. Candidates without a Bachelor’s degree will be awarded a Diploma in Labour Law, (Conciliation and Arbitration). Masters Degree Programmes LLM Master’s Degree - 2 Years (under review) Requirements: LLB degrees in at least a Second Class, Second Division category with a minimum of 60% pass in a chosen field of specialization.
