Punjab National Bank Interest Rates on House Loan

Would you please provide me latest data of Interest Rates on House Loan at Punjab National Bank? I want to know this becausemy father wants to take HL from this bank.

Fro taking home loan from Punjab National Bank the retail interest rates are as follows:-

BPLR - 14 % ( w.e.f. 01.05.2012)
Base Rate - 10.50 % ( w.e.f from 01.05.2012)


Here are the details of floating interest rates for the different amount of home loan:

Upto Rs 30 lac:-
Upto 5 years 11.00%
Above 5 & upto 15 yrs 11.25%
Above 15 & upto 25 yrs 11.50%

Above 30 Lacs to < 75 Lacs :-
Upto 5 years 11.75%
Above 5 & upto 15 yrs 12.00%
Above 15 & upto 25 yrs 12.25%

Rs. 75 Lacs and Above:-
Upto 5 years 12.00%
Above 5 & upto 15 yrs 12.25%
Above 15 & upto 25 yrs 12.50%

Upto < 75 Lacs : BR for all

Rs. 75 Lacs and Above: BR+0.25% for all

Offers on PNB Housing loan

Upto Rs.5 crore
Base Rate, i.e., 10.25% for prospective borrowers. (w.e.f., 10.12.2014)

Above Rs.5 crore
BR+0.25%, i.e., 10.50%, presently

Margin

For Loans upto Rs.75 lac - 20%
For Loans above Rs.75 lac - 25%
Land/ Plot – 40%

Fee/Charges

For loans upto Rs. 300 lacs = 0.50% of the loan amount max. of
Rs. 20,000/- + taxes
For loans above Rs. 300 lacs = Rs. 50000/- + taxes
Documentation charges of Rs. 1350/- + taxes
