Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) invites application for the recruitment of Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) post in Life Science/Social Science stream

Name of the Post: Junior Research Fellow

Eligibility Criteria-

M.Sc /M.A. or equivalent degree with minimum 55% marks for General/OBC category and 50% for the SC/ST & physically handicapped candidates from any recognized University.

Age Limitation:

The candidates age should not be more than 28 years .

Age relaxation will be up to 5 years in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST, physically handicapped (PH) and female candidates, 3 years in the case of OBC category.

Application Fee:

The application fee required to pay Rs.500/- (General/OBC category) and Rs.300/-only for SC/ST Category.

All the candidates are advised to deposit the above fees in the branches of State Bank of India by filling the Challan form in the name of Director, PGIMER, Chandigarh (Examination) in the Account No.

Selection Procedure:

Selection will be based on the basis of written test and personal interview.
