Diplomate of National Board Centralized Entrance Test (DNB-CET) is conducted by National Board of Examinations (NBE) for admission to a number of specialized six-year medical programmes including plastic surgery, neurosurgery, cardio-thoracic surgery and paediatric surgery. The centralized entrance test is conducted twice a year for two session beginning each in July and January months. DNB CET Indicative Seat Matrix – DNB Cet (post MBBS) centralized counseling January 2016 admission session Here I am attaching aa pdf file of details NBE will be holding DNB CET counselling for admission to DNB broad speciality including direct 6-years courses at various NBE accredited medical institutions in India. The candidates who will be qualifying in the PG entrance exam can participate in the counselling of DNB CET, which will be organised in centralized online mode. There shall be a total of three rounds for DNB CET counselling, where the second round will have an extension followed by a third round, if necessary. The seat allocation to the candidates will be based on merit during DNB CET counselling. Candidates will have to be present in-person during the seat allocation of DNB CET. Candidates participating in the counselling and seat allocation process will need to deposit an amount of Rs. 2500 through demand draft drawn in favour to ‘National Board of Examinations’, payable at New Delhi, on the day of counselling of DNB CET at the venue. Those who wish to participate in further rounds of DNB CET online counselling will need to remit the counselling fee of Rs. 2500 through online payment gateway process using Credit Cards/ Debit Cards/ Net Banking facilities.
