Hello sir, I’m standing at Airport of Guwahati. I want to reach campus of IIT Guwahati. Is there any one can tell me How to Reach Iit Guwahati from Airport?

The Institute is located on the border of the city of Guwahati and can be reached conveniently. It is around 20 km from the heart of the city and around 35 min. drive from the airport.

To reach the IIT Guwahati campus from the air-port, Guwahati city all modes of transport are available.

It is around 20 km from the heart of the city and around 40 min drive from the airport.

From Guwahati Airport:

Prepaid taxis are available from the airport to the IITG campus. Taxi fare should not exceed Rs. 500 from the airport to the IITG campus.

There are direct flights from/to Mumbai, New Delhi and Kolkata with connectivity to all major cities in the country.

Air India, Jet Airways, Jetlite, Kingfisher, Spicejet, Indigo, Go Air operate regular flights to and from Guwahati.
