CMAT (Common Management Admission Test) is an online computer-based test conducted by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), India.


MHT-CET or Common Entrance Test is an annual entrance exam conducted by the Government of Maharashtra. The test is conducted in offline mode, however online practice tests are also available

CMAT is a national-level admission test for facilitating institutions to select suitable students for admission in all management programmes approved by AICTE.


MHT-CET is conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education. The degree courses of the following streams are mainly accounted for in this entrance exam:

Health Sciences

Pharmacy

Earlier the test scores were also used for admissions to Engineering degree courses.

CMAT pattern
The question paper comprises four sections:

Quantitative technique
Logical reasoning
Language comprehension
General Awareness
