Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) is inviting the applications for the post of management trainee.

Qualification:
Management Trainee (Technical):-
The candidate should have done graduation in the disciplines of Mechanical, Electrical, Metallurgy, E&T, Instrumentation, Ceramics and Chemical Engineering with at least 65% aggregate marks
Management Trainee (Administration) :-
The candidate should have done Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with aggregate 60% marks with at least 2 years full time MBA/ PG Diploma in Management with 60% marks in HR, PM&IR/ Pers/ MHROD for HR and Production/ Operations/ Materials Management for Materials disciplines.

Salary: - Rs 20,600 per month in the pay scale of Rs 20600- 3% - 46500 (E1).

The Important Dates for the recruitment are:
Availability of applications: 18 April 2012
Last Date for submitting applications : 9 May 2012
Availability of Payment Reconciliation Status : 16 May 2012
Closing of payment editing option: 18 May 2012
Availability of Admit Card for written examination: 4 June 2012
