Hii gusy , I want to know What is the Required Age Limit and Eligibility for State Bank of India Home Loan Counsellors Recruitment , Would you plzz tell me ?

HLCs would be paid commission on each Home Loan proposal sourced by them which is sanctioned @ 0.25% / 0.35% subject to a cap of Rs. 1,25,000/- as per conditions laid down by the Bank subject to review from time to time.

The appointment of HLCs & discontinuation of their services will be at the sole discretion of the Bank.

Minimum expected Home Loan sourcing is Rs. 2.00 Cr per month.

Interested persons may submit their Bio-data along with passport size photo within 10 days.

Eligibility:

Candidates Should be an approved agent for selling NSCs/Life Insurance Policies (other than those of SBI Life)/Mutual Funds/Govt. Approved valuers/Chartered Accountants/Tax Consultants and Real Estate Brokers may also be considered depending upon the local standing and reputation.

Any individual (including a builder‟s representative) who has prior experience of selling Home Loans, mortgage backed products, auto loans, credit/ debit cards, demat accounts and any other similar financial products may also be empanelled as HLC.

Age Limit :

Age above 18 years
