As you want to appear in MDSU RET Exam and asking process to fill Online Application Form,s o for the same here I am telling process :

Go to the Maharshi Dayanand Saraswati University (MDSU) Ajmer official website

Click on exam portal option given under examaintion section on the top

By click there you will be on next page

Over there you need to click on apply online option

By click there you will land on new page which look like given below image
