The Civil Engineering Association (CEA) was formed with the primary aim of exposing potential civil engineers to the challenges of the profession.

CEA Fest is the annual technical festival of Department of Civil Engineering, IIT Madras. It is one of the most prestigious departmental fests in the country.

It is a student contest that tests the knowledge and practicality of young potential civil engineers of country.
