I want to apply for Andhra Pradesh Joint Entrance Exam for admission in engineering course so can you please provide me the details of exam?

Andhra Pradesh Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test AP EAMCET is conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada for admission in engineering courses in Andhra Pradesh

AP EAMCET 2016 exam was conducted on April 29, 2016.

AP EAMCET Eligibility Criteria:

Intermediate Exam or equivalent with Mathematics and Physics as main subjects along with Bio-Technology or Chemistry or Biology as the optional subjects

Candidates must obtain a minimum score of 45% in 10+2 (40% for the reserved category

Candidates should have completed 16 years of age, as on December 31 of the year of admission.

Candidates are required to be of Indian Nationality or Persons of India Origin (PIO)/Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) Card Holders.

AP EAMCET Registration Fees: Rs.350

Registration Fees can be paid via:

AP Online / Credit Card / Debit Card

AP EAMCET Exam Pattern:

The Exam based on three subjects - Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics.

There were a total of 160 questions, from which 80 were of Mathematics, 40 of Chemistry and the last 40 were of Physics.

All these questions were objective type.

Each question was of one mark.
