Enclose the following with the application form-

Xerox copies of HSC/UG/PG/M.Phil. Mark Statements and Convocation Certificates

Xerox copies of approval of qualification granted by the respective university.

Xerox copy of Birth Certificate / S.S.L.C. Certificate

Xerox copy of Community Certificate

Xerox copies of Certificates of Research Experiences

Part-Time candidates should enclose the following certificates along with application-

A service certificate from the Head of the Institution where the candidate is employed indicating the date of appointment should be furnished. If there is any break in service , the details should be furnished.

A certificate from the Competent Authority stating that the polytechnic/Higher Secondary/High School where the teacher is employed has been recognized by the Government.

A No Objection Certificate issued by the Competent Authority.

The application form of Ph.D Programme shall be completed in the first month itself in each session and sent to the University on or before the last working day of the month ie., 31st January/31st July each year.
