Hey Gajendra, there are 3 Ranks for Lieutenant in Indian Navy and the salary given to them are:

Sub Lieutenant
Pay Bands/ Scale: PB-3/ 15600-39100
Grade Pay: 5400
MSP: 6000

Lieutenant
Pay Bands/ Scale: PB-3/ 15600-39100
Grade Pay: 6100
MSP: 6000

Lieutenant Commander
Pay Bands/ Scale: PB-3/ 15600-39100
Grade Pay: 6600
MSP: 6000
